The appliances provided in our apartments are of similar quality across all Citydays accommodations. The instructions below therefore apply to most models available.
In case of technical fault (connection issue, leak, breakdown, etc.), our technical team is available to assist you.
Check the connections
Electricity: Make sure the tumble dryer is plugged into a working socket. Test the socket with another appliance if needed.
Vent: If your tumble dryer is condensing, check that the water tank is empty and correctly placed. For a vented model, make sure the hose is not bent or blocked.
Water tank (if applicable):
Some dryers are equipped with a water collection tank that needs to be emptied manually. Check if the tank is full and, if so, empty it before restarting the appliance. A full tank can prevent the dryer from operating properly.
Check operation
Filters and drum: Clean the lint filter and check that nothing is blocking the drum.
Programmes: Make sure you have selected the programme suited to the type of laundry and that the duration matches the load.
Indicator lights and error codes: Check whether any lights are flashing or if an error code is displayed. If an error code appears, we invite you to consult the appliance’s manual online to identify it, which may help resolve the issue.
