My microwave is not working properly.

The microwaves provided in our apartments are selected for their quality and safety. Most appliances in your accommodation meet these standards. In case of fault, breakdown, connection issue or defective part, our technical team is available to assist you.

What to do if there is a problem?

To allow us to respond quickly, please send us:

  • A short video showing the problem or fault
  • A photo of the error code if it appears
  • A photo of the microwave model

Usage tips

  • Avoid aluminium, certain plastics or any material not designed for microwave use.
  • All food containers provided in the apartment are suitable.
  • Use only microwave-safe containers.
  • Describe precisely what is not working (e.g.: does not heat, unusual noise, does not start, door does not close properly, etc.).

If the problem persists

Even after following the tips above, if the microwave still does not work properly, contact us via the "Report an incident" form. We will then schedule a visit or replacement as soon as possible.
