Check the connections
1. Water supply and drain
- Water supply: The flexible hose must be connected to the wall tap and to the washing machine.
- Drain: The grey plastic hose must be inserted into the PVC pipe in the wall.
2. Electrical connection
- Make sure the washing machine is plugged into a working socket.
- If no light comes on, test the socket by plugging in another appliance to check your electrical installation.
Check operation
1. Understanding the machine
- Find the model reference label (often on the drum door or at the bottom of the machine).
- Check the online manual for your model to understand the different programmes and settings.
2. Water leak
- Turn off the wall water supply tap immediately.
- Move all electrical equipment away from the water.
- Check the connections again as described above.
3. The machine does not start
- Make sure all connections are correct.
- Check that the electrical installation is working.
- Refer to your model’s manual to verify that the programmes are working correctly.

4. The machine stops during the cycle / laundry stuck in the drum
This issue is often caused by an object stuck (e.g., clothing label, coin, small item) blocking the drain pump.
👉 In this case, you will need to access the pump to check and remove the blocking object.
